TK_Surfer
Hi all!

I've started fitting the shins and I'm about 5'4". How far up should it come to your knee? Does the bottom return edge need to be cut off?? Any advice is greatly appreciated!!
Coastertk[TK]
You should have no return edge on the bottom.
TK_Surfer
Oh thanks! How far up the knee should they go? Or does it matter? Is there anything else you don't need a return edge for?
Airborne Trooper[501st]
I have mine coming about even or just below the bottom of my knee cap. I'm 5'5" and I'm still doing final fitments but so far I've cut 1 3/4" off the bottom of my AM2.0 shins.
pandatrooper[TK]
I wouldn't cut it until you have your thighs done too. Just so you can size things accurately.
Airborne Trooper[501st]
Sorry, as Terry posted, don't make any cuts until you can compare with your thighs.
wingnut65[Staff]
Sorry, as Terry posted, don't make any cuts until you can compare with your thighs. And Boots! I hear they can affect the fit of the shins I have waited to do my shins until my boots arrived. Just got in, so they will be getting done soon.
