I thought about purchasing a mannequin, but the hassle of dressing it, taking it off, packing it up, using it for a troop, then replacing it is just a bit too time consuming for me, and besides, I know the Tampa Bay Squad has TONS of troops per year, which will keep you busy! There are actually several tutorials on Youtube on how to make your own mannequin using duct tape, foam, and PVC pipes which you could check out if you want to go that route.
