Is the e-11 required for anh armor?

I am asking cause everytime I use search nothing comes up on anything so I must be using search wrong

For basic approval it is not needed. If you want to go fir EIB or Centurion then yes, a blaster is needed.

if you use the toy conversion kit and make the hasbro look ever as good as the full resin kit that you cant tell the difference how is it still not applicable for centurion approval still?

The size of the pipe for the Hasbro conversion is not accurate, along with several ogher details that the vets here could point out. If you look at a reference pic of a Hasbro conversion side by side with a full resin kit, pipe build or sterling conversion the differences are very noticeable.
