I have loads left over, so would be happy to sell some cheap if interested!! I have compared a 10 pence to the first image...
TomaToNOR[501st]
I might be interested in buying some. Do you have any good pictures of how it turned out, from the front?

Ghost
Have not constructed my helmet yet, so I have just placed a piece of mesh behind the frown. One picture with light behind, and the other picture with no back light.
TomaToNOR[501st]
Ah, seems to be the same mesh size as I already have...
freakengine[501st]
I use what is commonly referred to as dog screen or pet screen in my helmets and it works very well. It's black, very flexible, and the little ends where you cut it aren't sharp because it's basically plastic coated nylon. It should be available at most hardware stores. Scootch[TK]
Yup, I went to my local screen and window shop, told them I was a Star Wars Freak and what I needed. They gladly handed over a fat roll of the nylon style screen material free of charge . All I had to do was hose it down on the driveway and cut pieces off as I need them.
