Shoulder Bell Issue.....

I have fairly large shoulders/deltoids for my size.  I have an issue with a large gap between the shoulder bells and the chest plate.  However, when I first put on the armor with the shoulder bell rotated more towards the front, the gap isn't too bad.  But, the shoulder bell will slowly swivel towards the rear and create a larger gap as I move around.  

 

Is this normal?  Is there a way to prevent the shoulder bells from creeping backwards towards my back?  I was thinking about attaching an elastic strip from the middle portion of the shoulder bell to the armor plate to keep it from rotating backwards.

Just move your snaps forward on your shoulder straps, keeps mine facing forward

I just attached an elastic strap to both shoulder bells with snaps.  It works great at keeping the bells closer to the chest piece.

I'd also recommend using 2 snaps on the end of the strap in the shoulder bell.
