first test fitiing without the ammo pack, still waiting on rivets. They fit great but I need to cut the back of the thighs but I expected that.

What are you trying to show us your butt? Lol if I may you've worked so hard on this armor I would redo the cover strips to the correct sizing and raise your right thigh a bit

The thighs look good.  I wouldn't trim them anymore, especially the backs.  The front finishing strip should be much narrower about 20-23mm

Unrelated with the thighs but i would also flatten your drop boxes as they look very thick right now:

 

And also set the upper right male snap on the abdominal plate and the six left side rivets.

Thanks for the input guys, The thighs will be reglued in time, I need a new drill for the side rivets and male snap because mine decided to stop working...

I can't walk normal on it yet so the bottom back part of the thighs do need a little trimming. As for the drop boxes I got them trimmed that way from AP so I assumed they would be fine. Are all ANH boxes that thin?

Ok I reglued the right thighs cover strip 20 mm tell me what you guys think? Gonna reglue the other one now and install the thigh knee pack tomorrow.

I added lenses to the scope and drilled a hole in the barrel for more realism:
