Help with commander stormtrooper blue detailing

I'm about to start paintwork on a TKC but before I do is there a specific measurement (width) of the blue stripes on the chest and back plate?

I would be gutted to paint on judgment of the eye and find out its not quite thick enough or too thick any help is great fully appreciated.. I have had a look and can find the patterns but no set measurements :S..
