Cover Strips size

I have a friend that wants to cut up some cover strips but what is the right size for all the strips?

15 MM on the arms, 20 MM on the leg fronts 25 ish MM on the rear of the legs. Have him also cut you a 7 MM and a 10MM. Use these as your straightedge cut line markers on the raised areas that the cover strips sit on. This way you will be assured that your raised area will be the same as your cover strip...no measuring necessary!!
