skirge66
Does anyone know a lead for a pair of size 10 TKboots by chance?
bjsavage7[TK]
You could get these & paint them white. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002LZT92C/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=
Tolo[TK]
just curious if these boots will work? http://www.pimpinshoes.com/product/1SCSSTORM/Stormtrooper-Ankle-Boots.html They are good for basic and E.I.B. approval.
bjsavage7[TK]
They are good for basic and E.I.B. approval. Perhaps basic, but there is an inaccurate seam on the top inner side of the boot. I could be wrong, but I doubt that would pass EIB.
Tolo[TK]
Perhaps basic, but there is an inaccurate seam on the top inner side of the boot. I could be wrong, but I doubt that would pass EIB. Boots For 501st approval: White leather or leather-like, above ankle height, with a flat sole with a short heel, and small U-shaped elastic sections on both sides of the ankle with no buckles or laces. Jodhpur/Chelsea-type boots or an equivalent style is acceptable. Elvis or Mariachi boots are not allowed. For level two certification (if applicable): For level three certification (if applicable): There shall be no seam on the front of the boot (e.g. CABoots are not allowed). Boots shall be lightly scuffed.
bjsavage7[TK]
Ah yes. I was correct. You proved my point. "There shall be no seam on the front of the boot (e.g. CABoots are not allowed)."
skirge66
I thankfully was able to get a pair of TKboots...what a relief
skirge66
TKboots arrived today...fit great, look great, and almost 1/3 the cost after shipping...very very happy. FYI (possibly great news for anyone interested). During my email correspondence with him, he told me that he does take returns if they don't fit. but it would be 8-10 WEEKS BEFORE HIS NEXT RUN!! LOOKS LIKE HE MAY HAVE A NEW SOURCE?
