Chunk[501st]
There used to be a area for weapons not specific to the Imperial Stormtrooper. I wanted to share my Concept Biker Socut Carbine. I used a Hasbro Ultimate Clone Blaster as the base. I replaced the original stock with a Nerf N-Strike collapsable stock. I decided to keep the scope, but added the insides of a small pop up sprinkler, plexiglass lense. The rear eye piece has a plexiglass lense with an inner lense with crosshairs made out of a 7-Up bottle. I also added some brass knobs as windage/elivation knobs. I attached the stock to the original stock opening with a PVC brace & pvc glue. Sanded the whole thing & used an air compressor to blow off all the particles. Next I used apx 3 coats of gray primer followed by 5 coats of silver paint & finally 3 coats of flat black. Next I gently sanded the entire gun hitting the edges & where I wanted battle damge to show a lil harder. then wiped the whole thing down with a wet hot water towel. I chose to keep the original scope & magazine because they make noise when removed or reattached. I love the reloading sound it makes. Here's a couple pics of what I started with & the completed blaster.
TK5492[TK]
Man, that is awesome! I always like the scouts but I they just seem to lack a good standard weapon other than that holdout blaster. This is the best idea I have seen. Nice!
