Novus Polish and Headlights

I'm selling my car so I thought I would fix it up and try to polish my headlight lenses with Novus.  WORKED AMAZINGLY.  That is all.

NICE!!!  I need to clean up two pairs of headlights, and I didn't want to spend extra $$$ on a "cleaning kit".  Did you use a scrubber on the end of a drill bit, or just hand scrub them?  Novus 2, or 3?

I just used a microfiber cloth.  Used 3, then 2, then 1.
