theisaac Posted March 3, 2013 Report Share Posted March 3, 2013 I am looking at getting a new suit for trooping and while Im planning this all in my head I am thinking about the strapping. I currently use the nylon straps with snaps strapping. I am thinking about going with the bars and bolts screen accurate strapping for the next build. My question is for those who use the bars and bolts for trooping. How well does it hold up over time? Does it cause your armor to crack? SolderMaster Posted March 3, 2013 Report Share Posted March 3, 2013 No one is going to see your strapping. IMO make it comfy and durable. I use elastic belting and tandy snaps.
