hi my name is Greg, i'm new to this. i'm planning to make the Stormtrooper Commander. any bulliding guides for this costume would be great,

Just look at what the other TKC builders have done. The costume consists of a ROTJ style armour with an ANH style helmet + paint, weathering and and some small additional details. So following a ROTJ build thread is not a bad idea as long as you take the minor alterations that make the TKC unique in consideration.
