Okay so I know it's laying around here in one of the sections,

 

But can anyone direct me with some pointers on doing the accurate inner helmet padding? Design and placement.

 

I'm getting really tired of my current padding and have a few upgrades I need to do before next weekend.

I got mine from Fenix props, They have different sizes for different helmets. I like it, you can put it in with velcro and remove it to wash it

You can get a sheet of foam padding at upholstery stores. I went and was going to buy some and told them what it was for. They gave me some scrap they had in the back for free. Then just take your time and use the template Karin posted above. boom. accurate padding.
