reshaping my armour

HI Guys just getting started bought an unfinished project

but the guy has flattened the front of the thighs can anyone help

Maybe find somthing round that would fit inside then carefully heat the outside, not too much heat or it could bubble, then allow to cool and hopefully it will keep the shape
