I know I still need to sand them and make them smoother, but I just want your opinion. It is hard to tell from the images, but is your right ear a little bit thicker than your left? As far as getting the ears to fit snug on the cheeks it looks great- if you look at the screen shots almost every helmet in the movies has gaps near the edges, so having a few small gaps isn't terrible (and is actually screen-accurate!)
