lost instructions

It seems that someone has tossed my instructions on how to cut and glue the abs strips..... if anyone has them can you scan or take pics of the instructions, please

i thought throwing the instructions away (for everything) was a mans path to self discovery, a sign of inner strength, showing nothing but contempt for the unknown and allowing you, as a man, the right to shout "DONT PATRONISE ME WITH YOUR INSTRUCTIONS, I CAN FIGURE IT OUT ON MY OWN!!!"

It also really annoys the women folk.

instructions?, you don't need no stinking instructions! its TK armor, if us clones are doing our builds with no instructions, I'm sure you can knock out an easy project like TK armor with no problems brother
