giric thren
i was wondering about the back of the thermal detonator, how accurate does the back (as in the part that touches the kidney plate) have to look. I have an AP kit and the vaccum formed back that i see pics of in other threads dosent come with my armor....... is this a problem all mine appears to be is a tube with endcaps on the sides and the control panel on the front. Any thoughts???

Any thoughts??? You would just need to derrive a way to put the clasps on the back of the AP TD, I have one of these, but have not yet put the bamking clasps on it becaue it was to narrow for an ROTJ TD...there are other threads on this forum about the AP TD and it assembly, but I do not remember where they are off hand
Bigturc
You should send that discussion in the TE/AP thread .. I'll answer and upload some pics of my AP TD.

SethB6025[501st]
Just a round tube with clips is screen accurate. The common FX version is way off.
