enclosed 9 volt battery holder?

Anybody got a link to buy enclosed 9 volt battery holders? Like the kind that came with the old Skullworx system? I can't find any at radioshack and am not having any luck on google. Surely these can't be this hard to find. But I am stumped. Any help?

ask at a music store, they are used commonly for electric guitar pickup electronics
