I just masked the areas I wanted the chipped effect and painted it with Krylon Gloss White. Worked out very well as we are having a few days of unseasonable coolness and low humidity. Paint looks very smooth! Anyhow, how long do I need to wait before I can apply the decals? Didn't know if I could do it next day or maybe wait a week for the paint to fully cure and then apply them when I paint the frown and ears.
