AP shins

Hi everyone. I am working on my shins and have made a boo boo. I have identified the left and right but was wondering how important it is to have them the correct way round. On the right shin I have not left enough plastic at the top to do a return edge with an iron (at the front above the finishing strip).

I thought that if I switched the shins around I could then have the knee plate cover this part and still do a return on the shin that will be on show. I just wondered if any of the film stormtroopers had their legs switched that way I could still be S/A.

if your thighs and shin tops meet, you don't really have to worry about return edges.

Thanks Vern. I thought it just looked a bit weired with the return edge at the sides of the shin and not at the front.
