PM's not getting delivered ?

Is it possable that any PM's that I send are not being recieved by the people that I am sending them to? I have sent a few and have had no replies. Or does this mean I am just a billy-no-mates

if you look in the upper left of the messenger under where it says "participants" you should be able to see if the person has read it or not and if they have, it will tell you what time they read it..

 

i do miss the pop up message notification tho, what ever happened to that?
