bm459
I've been putting off assembling my thermal detonator because I keep forgetting to pick up some paint for it. My armor assembly instructions say I should use Rust-Oleum "Hard Hat" gray, but the store that's most convenient for me doesn't carry that brand, only Krylon paints. Can someone recommend a good color from the Krylon line? Thanks.

tkrestonva[TK]
You can't go wrong with either of the options Vern stated. However, you'll likely not find them at your neighborhood hardware or home improvement store. If you don't want to bother with getting the accurate stuff (and TK4510 has made it really easy to get so I don't know why you wouldn't), a medium gray flat is what you're looking for. dashrazor
i just used a gloss "Slate Gray" spray paint (i believe i used Red devil brand but Rustolium makes it also well) i used it on my TD and helmet details, there are no hobby stores in my neck of the woods so i need to improvise whenever i can
bm459
Thanks for the tips. I'll skip the home reno store and check out the hobby shop this weekend to see what brands of paint they carry.
