Met a guy at the local target today. I was wearing our det. shirt and he said he was a big fan of SW. I told him he couldn't be that big of a fan because I didn't know him. He asked emediately if I was 501st. I was impressed, so we traded info. He wants the white stuff. He's a fan after all:)

Remember folks, this aint the boys and girls club; not everyone knows we're here. Wear your swag with pride and tell your neighbors...well maybe not your neighbors.

You hit the local Target and well, I'll take a guess that you were looking at Star Wars figs? No? Its not sarcasm either. You see, I cant tell you how many times I've been to a Target/Wally/Mall/etc., and get stopped by folks wanting to know more about my 501st shirts! I think its great that there's such an interest and am more than happy to oblige with the gift of gab. I love our detachment because Stormies are such icons. Everytime I troop with a Sandie from the MFP or MEPD, they just ask me why he's dirty!
