My brother is 6'4" 180lbs. He is looking at maybe doing a stormtrooper. He is having trouble finding armor that would work for him. All of the ones that we've looked at so far are for up to 6'2". We were wondering what would be best for him.

Hi Katie! Welcome to the FISD.

There are some tall trooper in here who can answer that honestly, but from what I have been told, either AM or RT-MOD are larger trooper friendly...

6'4" huh...sounds like the perfect height for a nice Darth Vader!

There are people larger than you who've done TE(2), but I'd suggest AM or RT for your height really, and also that it's your first set. We have great looking stormtroopers at 6'6".

I will PM you contact info for AM armor / Tupperware TK

It's best to stay away from Ebay armor if possible, as you don't know what you're getting if you don't know the supplier. Most reputable suppliers can be found here on FISD.

And you won't. Most of the accurate armor makers are right here. I would suggest you and your brother read this thread:  ------------
