Scum Hunter
Hi folks. I am currently putting together my Sandtrooper TK armour. I have almost everything excpet the pauldron & the macrobinoculars. Anyhoo, I know the exact specs of how long etc the pauldron should be and I have sourced out a couple of sellers that I can get one from. Some look better than others. What I want to know is who makes thee best of the best & most screen accurate pauldrons I can buy? A direct link for this person would be ideal. Little help please. Cheers, Scum Hunter a.k.a. Mike. :-)
tkrestonva[TK]
Have you tried asking the question over at the MEPD? We get a lot of crossflow between the FISD & MEPD, but I would think they would be the most direct source for the info you seek. I've heard good things about the SethB pauldron, but I also hear he isn't making them anymore. Perhaps you could pick up a used pauldron. Again, the MEPD would be the best place to ask. I see this is your first post. Would you mind posting an introduction in the New Member Introductions section?
pandatrooper[TK]
Trooper1 on MEPD makes the BEST pauldrons, they are 100% screen accurate but they also cost quite a bit more (approx $100). http://forum.mepd.net/index.php?showtopic=6438&st=0&p=77911&hl=trooper1&fromsearch=1entry77911 http://forum.mepd.net/index.php?showtopic=5969 A more cost effective and modifiable to be screen accurate option is shoulderpauldrons.com Theirs are only $

I have received compliments on it from other troopers as well, who notice the difference. Worth the money if you want the proper look IMO. iconoclasta_88[501st]
Im a little late, but If its of any help... Trooper1 pouldrons not are only the best of the best, but now they are the "bestests" LOL... he did some upgrades a few weeks ago and this last model (the one on the pictures) is just awesome and even more accurate than before. You wont get a better pauldron anywhere at the moment. More expensive, yes. Worth the money, for sure. I own an orange one from the previous run and its awesome. Still cant wait to upgrade to this new one and get all 3 models. Saludos
TK_LEPER
I got the one on the bottom, and it's OK... But if I had the choice, I would get the top one. The materials are a lot nicer, and more authentic looking. Matter of fact... I might order one now. Damn those are nice! Scum Hunter
Cheers folks. That's exactly what I needed to know. Also I will now put up an introduction of myself seeing as I am new to F.I.S.D. Cheers, Mike :-)
