Hi all TK7806 re-requesting EIB for ANH TK (Hero)... Gareth Martyn ; TK7806 ; Gaz Solo ; UK Garrison i've previously submitted pre-clearance pics; but i've now done all the required mods (i hope!), so rather then tag some photos on to the end of the previous thread, i thought i'd might as well start a new one (the previous thread is here : http://forum.whitearmor.net/index.php?showtopic=15619) most of the photos are new, in which i've switched my 'bells so the UKG logo is not showing at the front the mods i've done are... i) new ears for the Hero, with the 3 bumps, and only 2 screws ii) changed the overlap on the right calf/shin, so it now faces inwards iii) Hovi mic-tips in the lid iv) 2 more rivets in the belt i didn't bother having free-floating shoulder bridges. I experimented with this, but am sticking (no pun intended) to having them velcro'd at the back. This is only for Centurian i believe anyway so, fingers crossed, here we go... Armor= RT Helmet= RT Blaster= scratchbuild Height = 6'2" (1.88m) Weight = 14 stones (196lb) Boots = TKBoots Canvas belt = c/o Mark 'Firebladejedi' Gage Hand Plates = RT Electronics= RomFX Neck Seal = honestly can't remember! Holster = leather, from a UKG member pictures...

thanks for the clarification i think it's more to do with the angle the pics were taken at... and when my big old head is in the bucket, the brow pushes up

thanks for all the comments and feedback, you guys rock! in respects to the brow, i'm guessing it's more down to interpretation and personal preference, rather than necssarily a requirement? I like the brow to sit low, as it's an easy and very definable way to identify the Hero : and apparently the brows weren't fixed, and actually moved (?!), so the line of the brow would be defined by the angle that the actor had their head (my brow is like this!)... here's one of me (with John Danter) at a troop last week (brow sitting slightly higher) but i digress to recap then... new ears, possibly free floating straps, new hovis, belt above the butt plate; change overlap on right shin all comments and thoughts still very welcome, keep 'em coming

oops, meant is the brow trim too low even for Hero?

thanks dude! as far as i'm aware, the straps only need to free float for Centurian? No problem to take the velcro off though (just noticed that the left one hasn't been secured properly for the pic!) is the brow trim too high even for Hero?

hi all! please find submitted my (pre) clearance pics for EIB ANH Hero. As far as i can see, the things i need to address are... lid... new ears with only 2 screws and only 3 bumps - i have a pair coming from John Danter new hovis - i have these, and will fix 'em in when i do the ears i will also need to take a new photo showing the belt sitting above the join of the kidney/butt plate but any feedback would be very welcome! so, without further ado... this is a tough one! i've got 2 hero lids, one stunt, a TD, and an ESB (and plenty of room for lots more ) in all honesty, i like them all. I currently troop in hero, but must concede that the stunt is the archetypal image but hey, as long as it's a lid, all white and shiny, and no matter how much i don't actually really need it, i'll have it

okey-d... i've checked the Hub, and my current email address is registered to it. But when i try to change my FISD, it still comes up as already being used, and has my old address registered will send PMs to you & Bluey

a-ha! just noticed my 501st account is still registered to my old address, that might be the problem? I've requested it to be changed, hopefully that'll work!

no that i know of. Is that something i should do? i have my 501st and UK Garrison accounts, both are registered to my current email address

hi all, need a bit of help! i'm trying to change my email address... but when i enter the new details and click to submit, i get a message saying that the email address is already being used!?! But all correspondance i get still goes to my old address! is there a quick fix? am i doing something wrong? am i just being stupid?

i've got a pair of John's lenses and they are very good, with great vision (especially when compared to SDS for example ) question though... under the requirements for Hero Elite it states : Lenses are a flat green sufficiently dark enough to obscure the costumer's eyes so, can i still use the grey bubbles to get cleared?? oh, and i'll need some Hero ears
