Does anyone one have any tips on painting round ab buttons? I've tried twice now and I cant seem to get it right. I'm aiming for centurion. I'm using UKS AM and Anovos build threads as reference. My kit is AM.

    Thanks!

Steady hand or mask and paint or you can use decals which looks like paint will last longer as paint will rub off in time ;)

I bought an AM kit from Dave, and am super excited to get it in this next wave! I know you aren’t alone with being on the fence about it, there are a few others doing the same research as you right now.

Another plus side for AM for me is the location being in the US, so shipping is much easier for me. I know some people are heavily influenced by the location of the vendor.

On a final note, it seems AM is making a huge resurgence here, lots of people have been buying it lately.

95% of my customers are US based so not sure why it would be difficult, we take care of shipping not the customer;)

  3. You narrowed down to RS and AM which are two completely different suits in every aspect.

RS  movie accurate more expensive thin plastic = more fragile for trooping made for slender troopers

AM not movie accurate less expensive thicker plastic = solid for trooping but less comfortable designed to fit larger troopers

RS and most suits that have movie lineage are pretty narrow at waist unless you wear approx 34" pants, AM is better suited if your on the heavier side but not movie accurate so all depends whats your priority,  the main problem with movie lineage suits are the waist and thigh sizes and the reason I extended AB/Kidney molds on my AP kits so it can fit up to 41 pants size,  I basically added 3" extention on AB and kidney plates so you can trim them down to your exact waist size without the need of adding shims.  Also most people have a misconception, the thicker the plastic is not necessarily more durable actually more prone to crack  since there's less flex making parts too rigid, heavier and less comfortable to wear ,  you want the parts to flex when you move around (thicker = less flex) and also softer details when forming, too thin is not good either you want the best of both worlds accuracy/durability!

    Hi,

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Online Assistance Support.

Regarding on our descussion Earler you're Un able to recieved any Email from a Gmail domain, Whe already verfy that there is no issue on your Hotmail account, For this one mark what i can suggest is to contact google support cause there is a possibilty that the issue is within the Gmail account not in the hotmail account

Trying to figurre this out, not sure if I should just change to a new gmail account which works fine

Maybe you should write to Hotmail for support let them know of the problem?

I did that they said I should try on my end and check with my ISP does that make sense?

    Hi mark,

Have you set up another gmail "test account" to see if you can receive that way?

Also have you checked to see that you are logged into a google account, they may have some issue themselves that is causing the problem.

I know if i log in on a different device i get an email stating is it me, if not click link etc etc.

Yes I opened a new gmail account as a test and I get all emails no problem, but in my hotmail not getting emails from gmail .

Yes, the shoulder straps, knee plate, ab buttons and hand plates were supplied by me from my old set of moulds. The left bicep and forearm, main ammo belt, thigh ammo strap, drop boxes and belt rivet covers were sculpted by Rob. He did sculpt the missing inner parts to the shins but has gone back to using doubled up parts. The sculpted shin parts are why Anovos have funky shins.

Thank you for sharing!  They should specify in description its kind of misleading to customers as they think they are buying 100% original :(  you do great work you should get some credit

The left arm is a fan sculpt.. Not many people know this but the RS is about 3/4 cast from an original and not 100% like they would have you believe.

I don;t think there is much you can do about the shape. Just make it fit as best you can as mentioned.

You know which parts are fan sculpt?  I might be wrong but the shoulder straps, main belt, drop boxes, belt caps, ammo thigh and hand plates look fan sculpt
