  1. I am 5'7 an entirely unable to bend my legs/walk. Definitely have to shorten the thighs down. Any recommendations? I dont think i'm capable of remolding the return edges.
  2. It probs would yield a better finish than neoprene, and be gapless. Thanks for the suggestion.
  3. I'm trying to line my helmet, I'm using some black neoprene liner, but unfortunately, it is a pain to separate the foam from the adhesive and it does not line up properly inside the helmet, as it doesnt flex or curve well. What are some good alternatives?
  4. I have to figure a way to remove the dried sugru and I think I'll just try a different method. I don't want to put the original film back in, but I'm thinking this Lens mounting is beyond my skill level, and definitely has me frustrated to the point asking for help. I appreciate the advice/suggestions.
  5. I'm not sure what else can be done other than trying to sand all the sugru off and trying again, but I still run into the problem of the sugru not being strong enough to hold the bolts. I'm frustrated with the process as a whole because I've spent a month trying to get the lens to mount and work right.
  6. I found a lens install guide created by Kamikaze, I followed his tutorial but unfortunately, the Sugru used to anchor the mounting bolts in position simply wasn't strong enough once the pressure of the lens was put on it. I had to use much more Sugru to get the bolts to stay anchored strongly causing the lens to not be able to sit flush, leaving a gap. Will this be too much gap?
  7. Thank you for this awesome tutorial, I used this for my lenses and unfortunately, the sugru just doesn't seem strong enough to hold the bolts in place, so I had to use almost triple the amount causing a large gap at the top of the lens, but I believe it should be approvable.
  8. I need to take the helmet apart so I can have better accessibility, I'm not sure if these are buttons or rivets that cannot be removed, does anyone have experience with taking the helmet apart?
