  1. Went ahead and made bicep hooks and some filler for more surface area when I attach the shoulder bridges. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Figure I’ll find the placement for snaps to the ab armor first since at this point I can unscrew the “speed rivets”. [emoji3] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Got the belt complete as much as possible until I break out the ab armor. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Yes, they do. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. I had no idea! I haven’t removed it. I’ll take a look when I do some fitting then. Thanks for the tip! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Trimmed up some small bits while some glue dries. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Thank you Sir! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Belt trimmed & cut. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Yes. It’s at 6.5mm. I know what it’s “supposed” to be, I was just questioning it a bit. I was more worried about where the 45 degree angle would sit on the canvas. If I cut the length down to 5mm, the angle will end slightly inside of the canvas belt instead of right at the outer edge of it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Got a question if it’s really worth making the trim along the length of the plastic belt... seems like a large margin of error to trim off 1.5mm. I can see cutting the 1/4” off of each side. If I don’t make that lengthwise cut, will that keep me from centurion?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. 1st inner support strips being glued on! This is gettin real y’all! Will do inner supports, then front cover strips, then fit and cut the backs. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Looks like it might be working again, so I’ll post this question again too: I’ve got the front cuts done on the legs, cover strips & inside support strips cut. Does anyone see any issue with me attaching all the legs in the front with cover strips and then fitting for back cuts? I thought I might get a more accurate line/fit/cut that way. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I have to admit, I have no idea what that is or where to find it.... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  15. Well that’s odd! Wonder if Tapatalk is acting up again. Can’t seem to post it mobile forum either...

  17. Haha! Good catch! I caught that when I looked at the next thigh... Thank God they still fit! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Should I bring the thighs in closer together? Or will this work? There’s just a tiny bit of “flat” on either side of the cover strip. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Hovi tip speakers installed. Finishing up all the electronics, cable management & padding. Started working on the thighs Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Did you let the milliput cure while on the helmet and remove after to clean up?
  21. So as long as I keep it all proportional, I’m good all the way through level 3 right?
  22. So I’m getting some conflicting information and want to make sure I do this right... It makes sense to me that all the front cover strips should be the same width; but do they have to be a specific width? I’m a big guy (5’10”, 225 lbs.) I have tree trunk legs. I have heard 20mm in the front, but it seems that would throw off the back of the legs if I needed too much back there. Thanks y’all.
  23. Helmet and ab button paint done... I think. Glad that’s over!
