What type of paint is best to paint the MRCE??

Good one Ya know I figured that with a company that had to go through Lucasfilm for approval they could have done a better job on it. I am not going to razz on the individual who has it because it's just not cool. Sometimes people make purchases to be a part of something they themselves enjoy. I am sure it could be modified into a good looking kit with some work and help from some folks here

Very cool I decided to do the industrial velcro on the armor and this weekend begins work on the MRCE. By the time that's wrapped up I can begin the armor fitting and build. Pics to follow!! Thanks everyone!

So...I have my MRCE that needs much work under closer inspection. there are a lot of seams that need to be filled in on this thing and I was hoping to do a non-pull apart teardown mod of it but that's not going to happen Next I got a good deal on an FX kit that arrived today so I need to get the parts to begin fitting/building. Now here is what I have pending.... Gloves correct ab buttons new lenses hovi's(wait list) I would like to see if there is anyone who can help me get a list of items I need( I would hope so ) such as... correct paint for frown mesh for frown strip for brow adjustment body suit neck seal blaster kit correct holster boots Another question I guess is preference on velcro or snaps to build with. I have looked over a lot of pcs and tutorials but I want to see if I can get a majority ruling on this. I will have pics here as I progress...wish me luck!!

Oh it's better I have not laughed to tears in along time! Good luck with the mods. I am building my first next week and I am sure I will have several problems but I am still looking forward to it!

Yes..EFX is made up of the folks who left MR to start EFX after the license situation <_< I can get an MR LE just helmet for a steal and was wondering if that too would need serious mods to it or good to go as is. It' said they scanned the original so I am in the middle on this.

Thank you for the links. My other question would be what is the opinion of accurracy on the MR/EFX LE's or do I just go on and rebuild my CE.

OK so I have the MR CE helmet now and I want to convert it to resemble more closely the ANH helmet. I am having a hard time finding helmet kits and this was a decent price and starting point. Any pics and help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
