The last I heard: they lost the Star Wars license, they are out of money, took a ppp loan, and are giving out loans whenever they sell enough Star Trek and miscellaneous merchandise. Or that’s what I know. Correct me if I’m wrong. Many have come and gone and 5 years later we still don’t have any real possibility of delivery. I find it odd I’m answering my own post this many years later. If you wanna troop and have the funds, I recommend you find other sellers. At the worst, they are respectful of your business. What mikidymac said is right on point. There is no real precedence for the reliability that the kits will ship Q4 2019. This constant push of dates and delays has been going on every month and year that the kits have been on “production”. I would recommend ordering from another trusted company. I pre-ordered my standard kit with no helmet back in September 2016. I remember even back then, Anovos didn’t really have much positive reviews. The whole delay thing was part of their company core from the get-go. Original kits took like 4 years(correct me if I’m wrong). I’ve been on this ride with anovos for as long as I can remember. We have never actually gotten any real responses or updates that seemed trustworthy. At this point, I’m past being angry and now awaiting for the day they deliver so that I can be surprised that they actually did deliver. If that day doesn’t come, shame on me. I work with a lot of vendors in China and Vietnam for work. Realistically, they only take 3-4 weeks of vacation. Two months is kinda BS. Only the super rich take two months off for Chinese New Year. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I agree with this wholeheartedly. I want their business to succeed. I honestly want them to be a successful business. I enjoy the idea of a company that can create some of the best consumer level armor kits and that will ship products with respectable timetables. I would like to believe Anovos still has the opportunity to do this but it seems to get harder and harder to hold onto that belief the longer the waits get. I run a business that produces and sells products to the consumer directly and their business strategy seems to be skewed by all means. They should be investing and completing a sellable prototype before they even take preorders. Not during the process of the design. They say the prototypes are completed but let’s be honest, they are not and only make matters worse when a problem arises. They should halt any new prototypes temporarily until they catch up to their previous ones but they don’t. Instead they are distracted with other new toys to make and only delay the products that were promised to the consumer. This is frustrating and it makes me even more mad because they are terrible liars and the whole industry knows it. At this point I’m ranting. Why do I get the feeling this is another marketing attempt from anovos and tested. I can already see it. Tested releases a series of videos of this "beta" version of the armor and how to put it together, anovos gets another hundred odd people to preorder so they can fund the original first run, another year passes by, the Han Solo movie comes out, another year passes by, they release the theatrical trailer for episode 9 and then the first run comes out. lol it's nice to see something concrete though.......I fell for the marketing attempt didn't I? I am seriously just waiting for that one guy who posts on FB or here that they received an email from Anovos that their armor is ready to go. That will be a tall tale sign that they have seriously made their deadline.

So Fall 2017 is like 2 weeks away and I was beginning to wonder about the FOTK Armor from Anovos. So whats everyones take?? Do you think there will be a real chance that the armor will actually come out this September? I received my helmet on time and that was a helluva start for me. We are all aware of their terrible deadlines and constant delays, so lets not make this thread a "Lets bash Anovos" thread. Pretty please? I would like to hear input on any new information anybody has gotten regarding the armors status or shipping information.. I know this means very little but I spoke with a rep last month and as he tells me, all is good for a fall 2017 delivery.

Dude, good job on the armor. Looks Fantastic and grats on approval. Now I have a question. From a scale of one to in a galaxy far far away, how hard was the entire process? I hear a lot of people say its challenging and I have no experience doing anything like this.
