  1. I'm using his armor too though not 100% (follano shins). Pretty good, 'cept lots of work needed.
  2. I couldn't get the meaningful numbers I wanted too. So I just used random number generator and picked out twenty available ones. 8700 just happened to be one of them. I like the way it sounded too. Tee Kay Eight Seven Hundred reporting for duty
  3. I was thinking 'bout the PP foam they ship electronic appliances with. You can velcro that inside the Abs and they oughta work. I use the same concept for my forearms. Was about to suggest this to a new trooper in my garrison too.
  4. Hey guys, sorry for my absence. Been to busy with work. Terrell, could you update my EIB photo with the one below? I must ask, does it matter if the photo is taken before I got my EIB? If it does, I'll have to take another one this weekend.
  5. Sweet!! Thanks a lot Terrell What do I have to do now?
  6. Haha...Thanks guys, for the comments. Now just to wait for Terrell's views. Yeah, I'll get the butt plate adjusted.
  7. Hey guys, my armor is finally ready for your approval. My armor is from VT. I used a converted Hasbro blaster (waiting for a scratch build one). Front Left Right (the only clear photo that shows my split kidney and bottom plates) Back Green lenses Chin and Hovi Mix mics (resin) Abs detail (I use Humbrol #5 and #15) Canvas belt and holster E-11 Left E-11 Right E-11 Back E-11 Front E-11 Hengstler Counter with power cylinders and wires E-11 D-ring Picture we took at an interview (From the left: Me, TD 7620, TK 5231) Me, buckets off. Special thanks to TK 4546 for helping me to take the photos. I hope these are enough to earn me the EIB status. All criticisms and comment are welcomed Thanks guys. *Crossing my fingers*
  8. Interesting... Mine are resin pieces, with a screw in the middle. Painted the whole thing black
  9. Ah thanks, Terrell. What's the requirement regarding the mic tips? Haven't really seen them being explicitly mentioned.
  10. Does painting the interior of the helmet makes it any hotter in there? I'm in the tropics and heat is always the problem.
  11. Hey guys, I think I'm ready to request for EIB ANH next week. I just need to take the photos. I'm wondering which angles would be required. I know there's, 1. Front, right, left, back 2. Helmet (to show color of lens) 3. E-11 blaster (to show D-ring and counter) Are there any else? Thanks.
