  5. Ahhhh haaa! I saw others being pulled up on this so checked them during the week.... 'Nah, that will never be noticed' I thought. LOL. That's awesome - loving this level of detail. Wish there was more ranks after this to obtain. I'm getting obsessed. Pro tip: When your wife finds ABS shavings covering the kitchen table and floor after you promised her it was over - DON'T tell her it's "For The Empire". It won't end well. And you then have to cook your own breakfast.

  9. Thanks guys for all your support. I can't believe I was only unboxing about 3 months ago... I was inspired by the helmet I built first from ATA and loved every single minute of research and construction. Kind of hoping it needs work so I can bust out the tools again!! Unboxing:
  10. Hi there - thank you! Yes it's ATA standard supplied, I've glued it tight all the way around and onto the vocoder area - pealed it back from the back to hopefully show it better, let me know if it requires more surgery. Cheers.

  12. Hi guys! Just had my TK approved and are looking forward to the next stages of approval. It was about a year ago when I contacted our local Outpost and joined up for some wrangling duties. Initially I was on the hunt for a 2nd hand or pre-build TK because I was not confident in my hobby skills. Within a couple of months I had put together a Staff Officer uniform so I would look the part wrangling. I ordered a TK helmet from ATA (no waitlist) and absolutely loved putting it all together. The bug had bitten. So I ordered the ATA armor and started the long 10month wait. Then about 2 months after ordering, RS Propmasters had a super special deal which I grabbed and within days a big brown box was sitting on my doorstep. Best few weeks I've ever had... frustration, anger, delight, rage, research, giving up, trying again. FISD has been such a wonderful resource and everyone has been so helpful. Glad to be part of the ranks.
