UPDATE: I have my gear in hand. I had to do a little touch up painting on the shimmed pieces and started last night. Issue with it is that the paint had more gloss than was expected but covered well.. so now I'll sand it and clean it up a bit but shouldn't stop me from submitting for basic approval although my gear is pretty much Centurion level.

All fun aside.. I have been reflecting lately on all the Firsts over this past year with my dream journey finally starting in November of 2015.. this has been a really long journey.. 52 pages and counting to be exact.. and I've met so many awesome people, and overcome challenges and things I'd never think to face on this journey.. so to all these Firsts.. (because Meshie took 8) Laughs I just never would have made it for all the troops coming up and my Jawa is great, but there are more requests for TKs. A short Story of my day! So I have this crazy lady that sits beside me and snoops on what I'm reading sometimes and well... She went on and on and on about Your and You're.. here is how the conversation went. Hi guys, Thank you all for your feedback. Please keep in mind this was only a TEST fit to see what needed adjusting. On the list: - A few small shims - An adjustment to the right lower arm - Belt and Boxes - My Hair - My muscles - my strapping system - suspenders - Not enough booze.. - GIMME MY DREMEL!!! - Vindication for Meshie - Should I keep going? Trust me.. there are a few adjustments.. but overall it looks good..

Thanks guys! yes we are on page 50.. I have learned about so many things from all the amazing people that have posted within this thread from it's very start as well as enjoyed sharing the many ups and downs of this emotional and spiritual journey. Chuckles.. We are on page 50.. can you believe it!!!???? Sharing in my other Jawa build slightly added to it. I am proud to say I am a member and looking forward to joining the TK ranks as well! I am expecting to move through EIB and possibly Centurion in no time.. though it's not fully my goal.. I just want to have fun and hang out with good people while doing good things!

with the arrangement of the cords.. the USB portion reaches about 1 inch shy of the exact middle of the back of the bucket. The button is just behind my ear.
