  1. Thank you. So I shouldn't cut the larger pieces down and leave it as it is instead?
  2. Here I go again. I really hope I'm not abusing this thread, if this is not the right place for this please let me know! However I'm referring to the assembly of the bicep parts of this thread. On my build the inner cover is taller than the outer on the front AND the rear butt connection (right biceps) + the inner cover of the left biceps is also taller on the front butt connection (pics added) http://s410.photobucket.com/user/greyfox182/library/left forearm/Biceps?sort=3&page=1 I'm not sure how this came and if this even matters. Should I just cut the taller pieces away?
  3. Thank you this helps, I think I will make it a little bit tighter and use foam for the rest of the space!
  4. Hello there, I've been away for over a year now and recently tried to come back to my build. I always used this thread as a reference, so thanks for that. Over a year ago I glued my left forearm piece. When I put my hand through, there is so much space at the wrist, I doubt this looks correctly. I tried to take a few pictures, maybe someone else with more experience can have a look at it to judge if this is too much space: http://s410.photobucket.com/user/greyfox182/library/left forearm?sort=3&page=1 However I've got a problem with the fitting process overall. When I test fitted the piece it looked fine, but the clamps and the glue forced the plastic to bend more in a rounder shape and so it became visually bigger and bulkier and als made a lot more space around the wrist end. Before I keep fitting and gluing other parts I somehow have to avoid this issue, is there any good method to it?
  5. Im currently also looking for a DLT19. Are these kits still sold? And where do you buy them? I only found this facebook page https://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Plastic-Empire/634619653244041 but it wasnt updated since 2013. Is this the right adress to go for it? Also can anyone give me an idea of the price?
  6. Will do that, thank you! Gesendet von meinem Nexus 5 mit Tapatalk
  7. Well I think I would pay that price for a metal+alu version...looks like I have to wait for it to come back in stock! Gesendet von meinem Nexus 5 mit Tapatalk
  8. @kman I heard from THG props but right now im looking for a dlt 19 and they sadly dont have that. Beside that the shipping and customs is soo expensive... @Lichtbringer: hmm I didnt plan to pay much more than 300-350€.... I assume a metal dlt is much over that limit, right? 9. Yes youre right...but I guess you have that problem with every blaster except hyperfirm blasters...and they wont ship to europe. Is there anyone else who makes these rubber blasters? Gesendet von meinem Nexus 5 mit Tapatalk
  10. Hi, Im looking forward to buy a dlt-19. Since Im in Germany I cant buy from HFX and in general its very expensive to buy from overseas. I found this guy on facebook, he sells a lot of Star Wars weapons and he does it from Belgium, so no import taxes for me His website is here: http://www.procoprint3d.com/#!star-wars-props/cqdjs I think he 3d prints his guns. Is this a negative point? Also has anyone made experiene with his prop guns and can tell me how they are and/or provide some close up shots? Thanks in advance!
  11. So this is my left forearm. Not really happy with it.. is it too big or is it just me?
  12. Thanks a lot! The 8x20 info helped. I think I found a good one now
  13. Yes, that makes a huge difference! Looking forward for the update
