1. Is TM in the UK?--I nearly forgot. I'll be in Liverpool for three weeks this coming May. Wondering how hard it would be to connect and have a pair of his XL shins (and perhaps thighs) sent to the university where I'll be staying. Can't think of a better souvenir from my time there! Anybody done this before?
 2. Wow, that looks really good, Troopermaster. What sort of wait times are you experiencing right now to order your armor? I'm just looking to build a ANH TK for basic approval (better if I can get it going easily enough). --Jayson
 3. I share Jim's concerns, though to a perhaps lesser degree (?). I'm 6'4", 230 lbs, and ordered the ANOVOS Black Friday special back in November. Hoping beyond hope that I can pull it off without too much black in the wrong places, but I won't know officially until the kits come in and we get the thing built. As a precaution I added myself to RT-Mod's wait list, but he won't get to me til late 2016. Waiting is standard in this hobby, but it's probably even more frustrating when you have to wait in multiple lines as you piece together a kit from various vendors. Ugh. I hope to heck I can get enough solid information from this forum that I can make my armor search maximally efficient. Thanks to all you veteran TKs who've shared your experience! --Jayson
 4. That looks amazing! Can I ask a totally dumb question? I'm clearly not enough of a super fan because I know nothing of stormtroopers wielding lightsabers. Are these part of the canon somewhere?--are they featured in books or comics? Sorry to be so clueless. I think yours looks great so I'm just really curious to learn about them. :-)
 5. Back to one of your original questions: Yes, TKBoots DOES sell a men's size 13 (US). I received a pair of size 13 about four weeks ago. They're a tad narrow for my average-width foot, but I've been wearing them around the house a bit to let the leather stretch. That's really helped. Quality is top notch and there's no seam at all on the front of the boots (necessary for certain approval levels). :-)
 6. Hi, Gari,

I can sympathize. I'm also 6'4", and while I'm not thin, I'm not portly either. I grabbed the ANOVOS Black Friday special because the price was right, and I'm hoping desperately I'll be able to rig it to fit me without too much black showing. Other tall guys on this forum are making the same bet. But ANOVOS hasn't shipped their kits yet so we still await reports/reviews.

Folks say RT-MOD fits taller and bigger troopers, but I'm also hearing that this armor might be too roomy for me. Nonetheless I added myself to his wait list (I was told end of 2016) so I'm in line should the ANOVOS kit fail me.

Jayson
 7. I ordered a pair about a month ago, expecting I'd have to go on their wait list. Lucky me, they had a pair of size 13 ready to ship--got my boots in under a week. Customer service was impeccable. Boots came well packed for shipping, and they included a shoehorn, cloth storage bags, instructions for proper care, and a really cool patch and sticker (to stick on my trooper storage box?). Size was correct, but others are right: the boots run somewhat narrow. I don't have particularly wide feet, but I've been wearing them around the house a few hours a day to condition the leather a bit. That's helped and I'll be fine. No regrets at all about TK Boots!
