Good height is what seems to find. Any ca. measurements on how high the TK/IB boots are?

So many boots topics, so I'll try to get some views here instead of opening a new one. I'm based in Norway so shipping (and probably taxes) on TK or IMPs really kills and I will try and find something locally and pain. How about these?-------------- At around 53 eur/57 usd price seems ok, if not great.

How tall are these boots for reference? From heel to top of the boot? I think I'll try and find my locally and paint them as shipping and taxes probably will make buying from abroad very expensive.

Have any kits arrived in Europe so far? I guess not, but it will be interesting to see when that happens.

Not so clear cut for us Europeans, though, as shipping tend to increase the price by 50-100%. Then buying reasonably priced Chelseas or similar and go to town with white paint seems a good option. Are there any good European sources for ready to wear boots?
