Most of this forum will mostly be pictures as I believe they're worth a thousand words lol. As such, if at any time photo bucket messes up or you can't see the pictures, let me know and I'll fix it.
The most recent part I did was the right shin. It took quite a while to figure out which piece was which, but after getting a few verification's I went with the following configuration. Also, my cover strips were 24mm in the front and 30mm in the back, I've heard lots of different measurements from 20-40mm, so I figured it best to make it match the armour and my body size (6' 215lbs). I haven't put the velcro on the back yet, but it fits snugly and I don't have to worry about it moving around as I walk, I also trimmed a bit of the return edge on the back so that walking was more comfortable.
The only part I'm a bit worried about is how the cover strip goes to the top of the armour, I've seen it done in multiple ways where the strip stops right before the top, at the top, and even where it bends backwards along the top ridge...
Anyways, that's where I'm at now, about to start the left shin...
