  2. Full length, running a trial to see if the Chicago screw technique will work with my measurements, not looking good at the moment Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  3. Searching for link, or links to builds with bubble lens installation. I ran a search and came up empty. Looking for different options on installing and securing. I saw sometime ago one secure with Chicago screws and saved picture, thinking that this is the option I wanted at the time, but I have no idea where I ran into these pictures. Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated!!!!! Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  4. Yes I do, thank you Ukswrath!!! Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  5. I have a ANH HERO and today I am planning on installing the bubble lenses. Looking to use ABS TABS to secure. The top inner eyelet seems to have to much edge. The bottom is 5mm, and top is 13mm and top wont touch ABS TABS. I feel like I need to dremel down the top and I am second guessing myself and asking for some feedback on this thought. Will I be ok to take the top down??? Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  6. Thank you gmrhodes13!!!!! Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  7. About to strap biceps to forearms. I going elastic but my question is what are the PRO and CONS to 1" or 2" elastic??? I'm trying to decide which I will go with. I'm not sure due to this being my first build Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

  9. Thank you Ukswrath!!! Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  10. Question, is the tube stripe 7mm from the cheek??? Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  11. Ok. I hope you actually got a little chuckle out of this, I sure was laughing at myself. I see now what I need to do with moving forward in web strapping Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  12. Hey Paul I looked to see where my E6000 was manufactured and it is in USA, not China Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  13. I didn't bend it. I actually sliced through it with a butter knife Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  14. Believe me, I was quite surprised to see deformation after the removal of shoulder covers. It makes sense that what could have caused it was possibly both excessive glue and force from clamps Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  15. lucnak, really I am only worried about chest deformities from E-6000 for my submissions for L1, L2, and L3. My shoulder elastic stays on shoulder covers but slips off of back plate and rest on shoulder elastic straps that connect chest to back plates Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  16. Help me, you are my only hope Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  17. Cut the 2 inch strapping to about 4 inches long or thereabouts. Cut the 1 inch nylon into 2 inch lengths as seen below. Ok, someone needs a good laugh!!! I cut 2" nylon in the length of 4" and followed the instructions and this is what I ended up with. I think I did something wrong because my gap is very visible Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  18. I have a concern. I E-6000 shoulder covers for 24hrs and realize 5 bumps in the front was to much. That caused no bumps on back plate. I removed shoulder covers and reglued. The chemical in E-6000 caused the chest plate to rise in a slight deformation. How do I get my chest plate @ front shoulder covers to look right again??? Next picture of shoulder cover rear elastic. Is it supposed to be tied around back plate??? It wont stay in position and slips of back plate easily Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  19. Hey justjoseph63, just giving you an update on cod strip. I replaced strip and doubled and stitched both ends Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  20. Question on my right side calves. Is that to much of a step difference??? Should I trim it??? I would like to have a little step difference. It 5MM off center. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  21. Hey Commander, just curious if you had to make any adjustments after your evaluation with your elastic??? Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  22. Thank you Ukswrath, I have started the rework on front shins Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  23. I also need to mention, I peeled back cover strip about 4inches for room to trim. Can I pull old E-6000 off and reglue or pull the whole cover strips off and reglue??? Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  24. Better pic of cover strip Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  25. Will this work??? Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
