after living on 600 calories a day for 10 days im now able to get them gaps closed. armour now sits on abdomen and chest flatter and feels more comfortable so was worth it. new pic of right side arm raised new left side arm raised

Thanks for looking guys. Ive lost nearly 3 kg over last 2 weeks since them photos were taken.so should be a good fit by now. Will have a trial fit later and if no gap will redo side pics tonight .

Yea been on strict diet since them photos last sunday. Lost 2 kilos so far . im determined to get that gap closed right up . reakon i need till next weekend then i will of achieved it . happy days
