  1. I have not worked on my armour for a few months because I am stuck on how to go about measuring my arms and legs for the limbs. :ung: I have had a look around forums but not found anything. If anyone has any advice, links to tutorials, videos etc... I would be eternally grateful. If there are a few ways to go about it please do let me know all options. Cheers, Sam

  3. Mike, were the rivets 8mm or 10mm (I have seen builds with both) also what colour were they?
  4. I have a thread on the UKG forum already. http://www.ukgarrison.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=126&t=46404
  5. I am having trouble trimming already. I want to make sure I do it right. I am looking for tutorials that show how much to take off where but can't find any. HELP!!!!
  6. I am a newbie to this also. I just got my TM kit on Wednesday and live in London so if your ever around your more than welcome to pop by for a butchers and a cup of tea.
  7. I have been a SW fan pretty much since going to see ROTJ as a kid. I came away obsessed with Vader and the Stormtroopers and have wanted to be one for as long as I can remember (even got into fights at school, everyone else wanted to be a Jedi). I decided to step up a few months ago and started to really research the 501st and Trooping. After living on the breadline, cycling to work and pretty much not doing anything for a few months my armour finally arrived and I am super chuffed about it and looking forward to the build. I got autographs off David Prowse and Jeremy Bulloch yesterday and showed them both the kit. They both smiled and wished me luck. Jeremy's parting words were (I guess I'll see you around). Something tells me hes not wrong. I would love to meet other Troopers in the area. Well, thats my hello, here are some pics: Any advice or links to tutorials, videos etc.. would be greatly appreciated.
  8. Awesome build mate. I am in the middle of mine. What size hex bolts are you using? M?
  9. What size are the hex bolts in the barrel and grip? I have used M6 but been told they look to big.
