  1. I personally wouldn't recommend it as the inside of the helmet can get quite a bit of moisture build up, sweat, condensation from breathing. In really hot weather sometimes I have to pour my lid out after particularly long sessions. Leaving the inside untouched means it can be cleaned easily, plus it's how the originals were :-)
  2. Boots tweaked a bit too. Paint was peeling off a bit too freely for my liking so stripped the paint off, took a mouse sander to the leather & Repainted
  3. Of course everyone on here loves a pic, so bit of an update... Return edges on forearms trimmed Left thigh resized Drop boxes repositioned slightly & holster straps reduced to 20mm Curve on thigh ammo tweaked using TD as template
  4. Already dealt with, as well as half the mods on my list :-)
  5. Cheers Troopers :-) Yeah I was going to try the grinding stone on the Dremmel to get rid of the folded over middle of the snap.
  6. Morning! Fantastic news to wake up to. Thanks a lot mate. Appreciate the feedback too. A few easy fixes there, no problems. With regards to the butt/kidney overlap... Because I'm pretty short it was a recommended adjustment so I could move a bit more freely. Obviously if rather go with the stacked look, but nature isn't on my side in this case. Already have the T track barrel wires on the DLT... Repainting & trimming are no problem, all I'm concerned with is how to get that snap off the ab plate.

  8. Good call about the thigh. I've just trimmed a bit off and reglued the cover strip
  9. Yep my bicep slipped round without me realising. I'm also quite short so my back armour is suffering a bit of overlap unfortunately
  10. TK 46800 requesting full access please http://www.501st.com/members/displaymember.php?userID=15620&costumeID=124
  11. Glueing some Chicago screws onto the inside just to reinforce things a bit. I'm going to start trimming the return edges a bit now I can wear it. Get things fitting nicely. Was just roughly trimmed before
  12. Shouldn't be, a pencil hasn't been near that bit. Think it's just shadow
  13. Yep already changed the rank bars. Thanks for the heads up though.
