    My thigh backs a very similar to your originals. This will be very helpful!! Any issues getting basic approval with larger back cover strips?

    I experimented on some scrap ABS w/ a heat gun on "Low"...<br><br> Then worked on the inside of one bicep... I was able to open the tapered end for a better fit.<br><br> I used extreme caution! White knuckled...<br><br> I am happy with the result.

    Take a peak, tell me what you think!! I barely cut off any material when sizing with the cover strips...it is still tight, but wearable. If the shape wasn't so odd, I think it would be a waaaay better fit. Thanks

    My biceps are completed, however, they have a very irregular shape. What should be a "pipe" / circular opening, is more triangular with a half circle. Extra shimming wouldn't necessarily fix the shape...<br> Has anyone used a heat gun to shape biceps??
