  1. I did my helmet in hot glue, however, I also 'filled out' all the pieces that attach by trimming ABD to fit inside and leave a tiny little gap for glue beween the helmet surface and the added ABS. Filled the piece with hot glue, put in my ABS 'shim' and let the glue cool. Then filled the other gap and placed it on the helmet. I've not had a problem with anything falling off or coming loose, but I've got a lot of glue inside. I also used hot glue and ABS to place all my electronics in the helmet, but that's because I'm ripping them out soon and replacing my current Radio Shack sound board with a Hyerdyne. When I put that in, I'm going to use a much stronger adhesive.
  2. Be sure to keep us up to date! I'm sure quite a few of us would like a few 'stunt' pieces that flex a little.
  3. A tutorial or a parts list, etc would be great. I too have a problem with my thighs scooting down and rotating outward, which causes much embarrasment to have to 'hike' my thigh pieces back up.
  4. I strongly agree with foam. My helmet sort of slid around on my head and wobbled up and down with the hard hat liner. With about 6 pieces of foam it sits very stable on my head, and it doesn't seem all too hot.
  5. I do have to agree about cutting the codpiece off. It's extremely easy to bend over to shake a kid's hand, give them a hug, pick up a blaster, etc. The only problem is if you forget to attach the velcro strap running from the cod to the butt to keep it from flapping. Did this at my first troop and someone had to 'attach' me in the middle of the event. Sort of funning looking to have someone playing around with a stormtrooper's crotch.
