Reengineering done Trigger and change lever are movable again and cocking action is in the house again! Trigger and change lever different positions Cocking action Really unsure if I should sandblast and repaint the sterling or leave it as it is?? Looking for good screenshots of the e11 back with the scope rail mounted, it looks for me like the rear sight were removed fully for the scope rail mount?! What are your observations? Your help is appreciated...

Guess what showed up yesterday Also the T-Tracks from John arrived so I did a little family picture... Therefore the Sterling was deactivated after 1995 it is missing some action so I have to do some reengineering to make at least the trigger and that cocking handle move again. Also there are some injuries that were made to the weapon while deactivating it that I try to smooth out. I already altered the trigger so it moves again (maybe for some electronic modification etc. but I think for accuracy I won't add any electronics). To be continued... Â

Hi, after completing my TM ANH Stormtrooper I am now into building up my first e-11 blaster to give those rebel scum the blast they are looking for I will keep this thread as a WIP thread and if something new happens on the front I will let you know. First I sum up the items that already belong to my staff and those I am still trying to acquire or are in transit. 1. M19 resin scope from Jesse (still trying to get my hands on a real M19 or M38A2) 2. T-track from John 3. Deactivated Sterling L2A3 MK4 4. Power cylinders (unsure to build up my own, buying from doopydoos or searching for another dealer) 5. Hengstler counter (just did a lucky and awesome find on eBay) Let the pictures flow M19 resin Hengstler with metal connection box I acquired the one with the H 809 yesterday on an eBay auction after given the deal I recognized that the person who sold it were sitting in a city 8 kilometer away from my hometown so I could pay him of in person and guess what happend next? Â he asked if I have use for some more so now I own 4 metal connection box Hengstler with 3 different logos That's it for now... Stay tuned...

Bump Today I received my package from Jesse containing my E-11 scope for my upcoming scratch build and new shoulder snaps that I wanted to change because of the more proper size. Here is a picture to compare the size. On the left the new one and on the right the old one. Here the finished result. Next to come? E-11 Blaster

Yeah it would have been better if he had spend his 1500 € on a German spelling course of an adult education centre

Yeah on some builds its unaligned like on your build now and on the original screen grabs it is centered, why not going the more screen accurate way when it is so easy? I found a good comment from Troopermaster on another build that deals with this http://forum.whitear...ndpost&p=222100 Hope he dont mind that I am quoting him here Btw. the taped area of the ammo belt seems to look better now -

Eldrik replied to Arnie_DK's topic in Build Threads Requireing Maintenance
It would have been better or more screen accurate if you had aligned the snaps for connecting the belt to the armor with the ones that keep the plastic belt on the canvas and perhaps you could also trim the knee ammo belt some more. The rest looks good to me -
I created my duct tape mannequin a couple of days ago and dressed it up with my armor. Yesterday I finished the paint job on the strap snaps and knee ammo belt and painted them white detail pics will follow soon. I still need the chin straps for my helmet and need to change the shoulder snaps from the little ones with four stitching points to screen used bigger ones with six stitching points. Then I am fully finished and good to go

TM 1,5mm ANH(stunt) [*TM]
Eldrik replied to Arnie_DK's topic in Build Threads Requireing Maintenance
Belt looks good to me I have made my bicep hooks by holding the abs with my leather motorcycle gloves on, spot heating them with the top heating wire of my oven when the abs bends I pressed them immediately on the inside of my finished biceps to match the specific curved inside for the left and right bicep, the final layout of the hooks was made by bending them over one of my screwdriver shafts that I assumed from screen grabs had the right diameter. -

There are fantastic build threads on this forum but I would always try to measure from pictures or scences that are showing original screen used armor. -

Eldrik replied to Arnie_DK's topic in Build Threads Requireing Maintenance
If you look at TMs picture of that original belt you should think about trying to set the left and right cover sheets more to the inside and cut off some more ABS on the left and right to closer match the original dimensions. I have tried to cover that on my build http://s1161.photobucket.com/albums/q506/eldrik_whs/Stormtrooper/?action=view¤t=47da4041.jpg#!oZZ19QQcurrentZZhttp%3A%2F%2Fs1161.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fq506%2Feldrik_whs%2FStormtrooper%2F%3Faction%3Dview%26current%3D145ec0a8.jpg Maybe you give that a try? -

Hi everybody just wanted to show you my 99.8% finished TM armor. Back in november I contacted troopermaster for one of his well known 1.5mm armor kits for building my first Stormtrooper I received it on the 23. of january, and started right off. I did not take any progress pics to focus fully on the build so here are just the results. Maybe you find the last 0.2% that still needs to be done The helmet and paint jobs were already done by Paul! Big thx! Iam pretty happy with the result of my first build, hope you will like it too. eldrik aka Jens
