  1. nice work - any updates on this project and the stl file?
  2. Old thread I know, but why not place another offcut of plastic inside armour to double thickness - like a small washer, then rivet would work as normal and strengthen fixing point!
  3. Then Obviously you can "enjoy" finding the other components and construction/assembly/painting etc!
  4. Even @ $200 for lid and $400 for armour kit, $600 for start of a self build is a third of the preorder price and much more attainable.
  5. Haha... I'm on tapatalk on iPad and the images are upside for me too (well just 2 of them) looking forward to seeing outcome...
  6. 13ft!?! I would have gone to the tool department and cut it in half [emoji6]
  7. I agree they are awesome skills and I admire anyone that takes it upon them self to create props from scratch, my comment was aimed at the idea of a production run - incase it got misconstrued!
  8. Makes sense, who wants to be known as the maker of the ep7 "FX" bucket...
  9. I agree, I can understand somebody making their own as a challenge or for fun... But a lot of effort for a run of what we can almost definitely say be inaccurate versions!
  10. Small amount of washing up liquid...
  11. Agreed, also a very light hearted issue too... Crazy wedding photos! Cheers
