    Ive thought about this aswell as i did one troop and had black scuffs everywhere. I dont see why a matt clear coat wouldnt work.

    Springs are easy to do your self. Get some wire the thickness you like and wind it around a broom handle or similar that will give you the desired radius. Heres mine I did for a PVC E11 I did.

    Never herd of that stuff. The best thing to do is go to a hardware store and tell them you want the best glue for resin and they should be able to help you.

    Not sure if you have actually held resin or you might not know what it is because it is very durable especially if it is solid as most of the doopy parts are. I have assembled one and dropped it many times and not a mark on it. The only thing you have to worry about is the way you glue the parts together. Scratch the parts up good that will be glued and use good glue like araldite.
