    I would find some FX armor thigh pieces I beleive they are the biggest thighs out there. I would also glue them with ABS glue found at Home Depot or Lowes. Use the clear colored glue. That glue will literally cold weld the pieces together. If the armor you are using is the FX, then shimming is your only option. Efrain

    I was reading some of these discussions and was looking for the one about the rivets on the sides of the ab plates. Does any-one know what they were and what size. I think I'll go with the rivets but where do I buy them and what size? And on the other side there was a denim rivet right? The left side looks like they are small carriage bolts and the right side looks like a denim rivet. Any advise would help. Efrain
