Another tip for you to get awesome high quality sw sound effects: If you have one of the Jedi Outcast games, you can easily locate the game music/sfx in the game folder. You might need to unrar these though.

Interesting thread..and creds to Paul and Verne for all these new theories! And it's nice to see that mr.Mollo have been included in the discussion also!
Btw, is it true that a "making of ESB" book is coming along too? Is it the same author who wrote "The Making of Star Wars" book?

Sorry to hear! Sometimes I wish mother nature could've shown more mercy and spared people from these kind of disasters..

Thanks for sharing all those exciting pictures! I wasn't even born when these were taken

Although the Disney armor doesn't look that screen accurate, I'd say it is far better looking than the Rubies. The helmet is not that bad..and it looks OK. It's actually reminds me of the FX.

Here are two pictures we took from the Star Wars Exhibition in sweden featuring the LFL Tour suit, it's quite beaten up, but it is the same type of suit used in Disneyland. I walked passed this suit when working with the Exihibition with the garrison, it was laying in a big cardboard box, from what I could recall, the chest was really heavy and stiff, I am almost certain it was fiberglass..

When did you see Star Wars in the theater for the first time and where?
(I first saw ANH it on VHS when I was around 10 years old.) Then I got to see the first screening at the cinema of TPM in 1999 with my parents.
What is your favorite Star Wars movie?
ANH
What is your least favorite Star Wars movie?
Attack of the Clones. (Bad dialogue, I've always disliked it..)
What turns you on creatively, spiritually or emotionally?
Seeing a good movie which is both technological and artistically superior to others.
What turns you off?
Rude people, selfish people and people who try to take advantage of me.
What is your favorite curse word?
F**K
What Star Wars Character do you love?
Stormtroopers and Han Solo.
What Star Wars Character do you hate?
I don't feel hate to any characters, but I must admit I wouldn't mind if Jar Jar had gotten a smaller role in TPM.
How did you first find out about your home garrison?
I found them online through their forum.
What Costume other than your own would you like to attempt?
Boba Fett
What Costume would you not like to do?
C3PO...because I doubt I would fit into the costume!
What would you like to hear George Lucas say when you arrive at the LucasFilm Gates?
"Hi, you're just the right person we're looking for! How about your own office over at the ranch? Welcome to the Lucasfilm family, make yourself comfortable! By the way, you wanna take a trip over to our archive?"

..which helmet is it?
-
The armour must have cracked when the TKs were viciously and ruthlessly attacked by the rebels when lured into the M. Falcon.
..And Luke must also have trimmed his armor after he stole that armor
-
lol, I guess the most screen accurate Luke armor must have a crack on the left side of the chest, ref: Troopermaster's first screen cap.

I have the Pro kit..but the question you should ask yourself, is if you have any space left for three more cables with push-buttons in addition to the cables on the Classic Kit.
The main difference between the Pro and Classic Kit is that the Pro kit has an extended feature based on three cables with push buttons that will play customized sound clips (you get to choose between some standard sound clips when ordering), and that really adds a lot realism to the "Stormtrooper-Effect". But I personally, have not yet used this feature yet as I find it a bit problematic to find a proper place to place these 3 cables with push-buttons. I might just gaffer-tape them to the chest I guess..

Nice job! Also saw a few of your pictures on the Chinese Mainland 501st Forum..They were awesome!

Sorry to hear about all the problems! Because I thought your ROTJ suit was great! One day, when I got the funds, I am definately going to go ROTJ, I am confinced after seeing your suit!!!
-
Wow, it's nice! I love the look of the ROTJ-painted frown on a ANH/ESB helmet! It sure doesn't look any like the 'cute' puppy-face helmets in ROTJ..even more menacing than the ANH/ESB version IMO.
Original (ANH) ESB Helmet on display at "Out of this World Exhibit"

Check out this picture showing two of the many original props show cased for public during the "Out of this World Exhibit" from the Film and Television museum exhibit in California.
Don't know if any of you guys have been there and seen it, but I found it quite interesting. I guess its because they rarely show case trooper helmets from ANH or ESB.
The rest of the pictures can be found under the 501st forums, under Mission Reports.
